We are not keen on rules and regulations here at Spirit of Ibiza! However so that we can give you the best possible service there are a few things to take note of:
- Our team will arrive 15 mins prior to the appointment start date whenever possible to ensure that they can get set up and start on time. Please ensure you are there to greet them so that there are no delays.
- Any delays in start time caused by the client may result in a shorter appointment duration - we will do our best to accomodate wherever possible but often we may need to leave on time for another appointment.
- Please note if arriving more than 15 minutes late for an appointment, it may be cancelled and the full rate charged.
- A credit card guarantee is required in order to confirm your booking.
- A minimum booking of 1 hour is required.
- A surcharge of 10 euros will be added for bookings of only 1 hour which are more than 15 KM distance from Ibiza Town.
- Appointments can be booked at any time, however between 10pm - 12am there is a 30% additional charge and from 12am there is a 100% additional charge.
- A surcharge of 15 euros will be added for any appointments taking place on a boat.
- Please let us know of any cancellations ASAP. Any bookings cancelled less than 12 hours prior will incur a 50% charge. Any cancellations less than 6 hours prior to the treatment will be charged at the full price.
